People Search Deceased

Who can you speak w/regarding a possible credit/id theif?
Last year a foreign name was associated to my name as a relative under a People Search, which lead me to their wife’s name. I did a little research and found out she works for a local Credit Solutions company as a manager and relocated to TX from LA after the hurricane Katrina. Her husband and other listed “relatives have about 20+ address listed for the area, so I contacted the credit bureaus last year and had an alert put on my accounts just in case. We’ll today, I got a call from our lender and he informed me that Social Security Administration says I’m deceased! He sent over a form to fill out, etc. won’t effect the loan, but I immediately went and pulled all the information I had gathered on this women and her husband. He’s from Nigeria and she graduated HS in St. Charles, LA; we’re same age 29 and same DOB is March. I pulled the instructions for completing the ID Theft affidavit, but I don’t really have any proof of either of them committing a crime…what can I do?
